First Experience

Wild Strength

12 September 2026

Pole • Friesians • Nature A boutique morning in the Hunter Valley.

What is Wild Strength?

Wild Strength is the first Ponies & Pole experience — a boutique morning bringing together pole dancing, beautiful Friesian horses and time to slow down and enjoy the country.

Start with a guided pole session in the open air, with your own pole and plenty of room to move. Then change the pace as we head into the stables to meet and groom our Friesians, enjoy grazing plates and refreshments, and soak up a little country life.

There'll be plenty of opportunities for photos throughout the morning, plus an optional line dancing session for anyone who still feels like moving.

You don't need to be a pole dancer. You don't need to know horses. Wild Strength is designed for a tiny group of just 6–8 guests, so you'll have plenty of guidance, space and time to enjoy everything.

Just come ready to try something a little different.

What to Expect

01

Pole in the Open Air

A beginner-friendly pole session with your own pole, surrounded by the Hunter Valley countryside. We'll move, laugh, learn some gorgeous pole shapes and give you plenty of opportunities for photos.

02

Meet the Friesians

Step into the stables and spend some hands-on time with our beautiful Friesian horses. Learn a little about them, groom them and enjoy the chance to get up close to these incredible horses.

03

Graze & Unwind

Take some time between activities to relax, enjoy grazing plates and refreshments, chat with the other guests and simply enjoy being out in the country.

04

A Little More Country

We'll finish with an optional beginner-friendly line dancing session — plus plenty of time throughout the morning for photographs, horses and enjoying the surroundings.

Questions

Do I need pole experience?

Not at all. The session is designed to be accessible for complete beginners through to experienced pole dancers. You'll be guided throughout.

Do I need horse experience?

No. Our horses are calm and well-handled. You'll be introduced to them safely and at your own pace.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable activewear suitable for pole — shorts are recommended as skin contact helps with grip. Bring layers for the weather and enclosed shoes or boots for the horse portion of the experience. Full details will be sent before the event.

How many spots are available?

Only 6–8 places are available. Wild Strength is deliberately kept small so everyone has their own pole, individual attention and plenty of hands-on time with the horses.

What happens if it rains?

Wild Strength will go ahead in most weather. We have an undercover wet-weather option available, and guests will be contacted before the event if weather requires any changes.

Can I come on my own?

Absolutely. Wild Strength is designed to be just as much fun whether you come with a friend or arrive on your own. With only 6–8 guests, it's a relaxed little group and you'll have plenty of chances to get to know everyone throughout the morning.
